Terms & Conditions of Use

By signing up for a Fair TPRM test drive, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Use at Your Own Risk

The Fair TPRM test drive environment is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the test drive is entirely at your own risk. Fair TPRM, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any other harm.

2. No Responsibility for Data Loss or Harm

Fair TPRM is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or other harm that may occur during your use of the test drive environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Data entered, uploaded, or stored within the test drive instance
• Configuration changes or integrations made during the test drive period
• Any data loss resulting from system maintenance, outages, or expiration of the test drive
• Security incidents arising from user-configured settings or weak credentials

3. Customer Responsibility to Backup Data

It is your sole responsibility to maintain backups of any data entered into the test drive environment. You are strongly encouraged to regularly export and back up your data throughout the duration of the test drive. Fair TPRM will not recover, restore, or be held accountable for any data that is lost during or after the test drive period.

4. Test Drive vs. Paid Customer Backups

Backup policies differ between test drive and paid customers:

• Test Drive Customers: No automated server-side backups are performed. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data during the test drive period. Upon test drive expiration, all data and environments are permanently deleted.
• Paid Customers: Server-side backups are performed on a weekly basis as part of the paid service agreement. These backups are managed by Fair TPRM to ensure data resilience and recovery capability.
• All Customers (Test Drive & Paid): Both test drive and paid customers have the ability to create on-demand backups and download them locally to their own machines for archiving and safekeeping purposes. We strongly recommend all users take advantage of this feature regularly.

5. Test Drive Expiration & Data Deletion

Upon expiration of the 90-day test drive period, your test drive environment and all associated data will be permanently deleted without further notice. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before the test drive expires. Fair TPRM assumes no obligation to preserve data beyond the test drive period.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the signup form and verifying your email address, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. A copy of these terms will be included in your verification email and welcome email for your records.

These terms are effective as of the date of your registration and apply for the duration of your use of the Fair TPRM platform.
